What do I like to do?

Hi everyone, There is no need to tell you but I have not been feeling very well for past couple of weeks! So guess what I have been doing- #1. Reading, I love reading! Today I actually finished a series that I started Monday!! I have been reading The Caroline Years, it is an add on of The Little House Books! Caroline is Laura's mother! I have read it many times, but now I have read it again! I have also read some biographies of Handel, Newton, and Eric Liddel! #2. Making cards! I have been making some small, cute cards. Not particularly for anyone in mind, I make them for occasions that might come up during the year that need a card for! Now we are always prepared!  My favorite type of card to make is birthday I think. Because there are so many different types of people and they all have birthdays!! Here are some examples of my cards- Love, Anna-Lee Happy Birthday card The inside  _______________________ ________________________ Happy Birthday-Don't...

Israel top to bottom

Hello everyone, Life is good here! I feel pretty much better at the moment and am dreading having to take my antibiotic!! I am very glad that life is good and that brings me to Israel. Israel was fun. That is correct I had fun and at some spots I had more than fun!! I was sick I had mono and pneumonia and I was over tired but God showed me that I can have fun even though I am sick! I really did NOT expect to be sick. God moves in mysterious ways and now I know that God does things to make you come closer to him. Its amazing!! On a different note I have decided to do something fun! Things I can say I did in Israel   1. Ridden 12 hours in a plane (not fun) 2. Eaten ground hyssop (Interesting, very sweet) 3. Been in a tour bus (COOL!) 4. Seen the Mediterranean Sea (windy and very blue, you know how some seas have different colors? This one sure did) 5. Gotten stuck in Tel Aviv traffic (one hour, two hour, three hour you get my point) 6. Ridden a camel in the desert ...

The doctor said

Hello, On Monday (the day after I got back) I went to the doctor to see what I had and what that lousy cough was. It turns out that I have pneumonia, most of the liquid in the lungs is in my right lung. They took an x-ray of my chest, they also took my blood to see if I have mono because I was so tired during the trip and even now. I have been taking an antibiotic and it seems to be helping a bit so far. They also gave me a puffer for emergency uses because I was also wheezy, maybe from breathing in all the dirt in the air before the rains came in Israel ,especially in the desert. I got the test results back today for mono and I do have it. I am now more knowledgeable of why the tiredness feels like it will never end. The mono symptoms are tiredness, aching joints, fever, sore throat, swollen lymph glands, and a swollen spleen. I am going to be tested for a swollen spleen on Monday while at the doctor. I will have more news later, Anna-Lee
